Hello friends welcome all of you to my blog Harsh Web.
In today's blog I will tell you what is cupping therapy? And what are its benefits?
Cupping therapy is a method of treatment through which it is claimed to cure many diseases related to skin, hair and body.
First of all let us talk about what is hijama and how does it work?
After a time, the dirty blood of our body gets deposited on the lower part of the foreskin, which if not removed from the body, it causes many diseases and cupping therapy is used to remove this dirty blood. Due to which the blood is purified and many diseases gradually end.
There are three types of cupping therapy:-
1. Dynamic Cupping
2. Dry Cupping
3. Wet Cupping
Basically dynamic cupping is done to soap the muscle structure in the body and improve blood circulation.
In the process of dry cupping, a vacuum is created over the cup so that the surrounding dirty blood collects near the cup.
And in the process of wet cupping, a vacuum is created over the cup so that the surrounding dirty blood gets deposited near the cup, its process is similar to that of dry cupping, but in this process there are small cuts on the body. By applying that dirty blood is taken out.
Basically hijama is a combination of dry and wet cupping, in which the dirty blood is tracked around the cup through water dry cupping and then the blood is drawn out by making small cuts. Now the important question arises that what are the benefits of getting Hijama done? Does it even hurt to do this? And how long does it take for the scars from the skin to fade away?
There are many benefits of hijama which cannot be counted and described as most of the diseases start due to accumulation of dirt in the blood and in the process of hijama the dirty blood is drawn out from inside the body. Due to which, along with feeling lightness in the body, many diseases also start to end gradually.
As far as pain and scars on the skin are concerned, in the process of cupping, cuts are made in the upper parts of the skin, due to which the pain is also felt absolutely negligible and the marks of the cuts are also mostly finished within a week. .
Now it comes to which people should get Hijama done and which people should not?
By the way, whether men or women, despite being completely fit, you can get cupping done to redox the body because over time, dirt accumulates in everyone's blood, which later causes many diseases. Can become a cause.Especially people who have problems related to skin.
let us now know in which diseases cupping is useful?
This is Pimple, Eczema, Psoriasis, Hair loss, Liver related problems, High blood pressure, High cholesterol, Joint pain, Migraine, Recurrent headache, Hormonal problems such as thyroid, PCOD, obesity, cold sores. Hijama can be a better option for not having children, weak digestion, and for boosting immunity. But keep in mind that people who have problems with fever, sugar, and low blood pressure or those who use blood thinning medicines, they should not get them Hijama without medical consultation. Because in this situation a lot of care is needed.
Therefore, getting Hijama done in such a situation can cause harm instead of benefit, although you can also ask this thing from the person doing Hijama.
Now a question also arises that at what age people should get Hijama, although there is no age restriction for doing Hijama because it depends on the physical condition of the person but still work from 12 and more than 50 years of age. People should not get Hijama done, even if they do, then they should definitely take advice of a skilled cupping therapist.
Now it comes to which part of the body should cupping be done?
For every different problem, cupping is done on different part of the body, so whatever problem you have, tell it to the cupping therapist because they know in which problem, which part of the body should be cupped.
Talking about the harm of Hijama, although it does not cause any harm, but it can definitely be damaged due to the mistakes made by it.
That's why some things should be taken care of while doing Hijama, but it is a pity that people who are not well aware about it, those people are also sitting by opening shops in the pursuit of earning money, but you should always do cupping from them only. Along with having good experience in doing Hijama, he should be expert in this field. Before doing Hijama, whatever question you have in your mind, you must also ask the cupping person and at the same time you should also tell your medical history to your cupping therapist.
You should get Hijama done where special care is taken of cleanliness and always new blades are used to make cuts on the skin because the benefits of re-using a previously used blade on someone else instead of can cause damage. It is very important to take care of some things even after cupping, in which after getting Hijama done, the cut area should be protected from coming in contact with water for 24 hours and only exercise for 24 hours, going out in the sun and so on. Do not do any work that causes sweating because the cuts made on the skin are fresh, they can be damaged by the bacteria present in the sweat. Along with this, cold products and non-veg should be avoided for two to three days in food so that those applied on the skin can heal quickly.
But after two to three days you can do everything as before and if you want, you can also ask all these things to the Hijama person.
